Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic consultant who partners with our largest enterprise clients (typically $1B+ operations) to drive measurable business outcomes from their warehouse automation initiatives. In this role, you’ll guide customers from solution design and pre-sales evaluation through onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimization. Your work will focus on quantifying ROI, leading transformation programs, and advising executives on operational best practices in logistics and warehouse automation.

You will be measured on Value Realization, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Bookings Influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Solution Consulting

Lead tailored solution demonstrations, mapping product capabilities to customer pain points and business objectives. Quantify ROI and build collaborative “value scorecards” with C?suite and operational leaders. Strategic Onboarding & Adoption

Oversee deployments to ensure smooth rollouts and full end-user adoption. Develop champion networks within customer organizations to drive long-term engagement. Program Management & Transformation Leadership

Manage enterprise programs from kickoff to measurable ROI delivery, using agile methodologies to track progress. Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executives to realign priorities and identify expansion opportunities. Value Realization & Optimization

Provide data-backed recommendations for warehouse optimization, process transformation, and IT/ERP/WMS integrations. Advise on both tactical improvements (e.g., layout, picking paths) and strategic roadmaps (people, process, technology). Executive Partnership & Growth Enablement

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance. Introduce benchmarking insights, industry best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Metrics & Reporting

Monitor and report on key metrics — Value Realization, NPS, Churn, NRR, and Bookings Influence. Use CRM and Customer Success platforms to maintain transparency and deliver actionable insights. Your Experience:

5–8+ years in Customer Success, Enterprise Consulting, or Transformation roles within SaaS, ERP, WMS, supply chain, or automation solutions. Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and building long-term executive-level partnerships. Skilled in solution consulting, value engineering, and program management for enterprise clients. Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable leading workshops and presenting to both technical and executive audiences. Experience working with IT stakeholders and ERP/WMS deployments. Data-driven mindset, able to discuss KPIs, ROI, and TCO in detail. Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot). Why Verity?
